We knew that the recipes brought by European immigrants, made with Patagonian products, would be the weakness of tourists and residents.

Trout, salmon, chivitos, lambs, wines from cold areas, fine fruits, liqueurs, beers, smoked, in short, all the flavors of the Argentine south, next to the homemade pastries, the big grill, the grill and the traditional cuisine, in an environment surrounded by the art and culture of the region, gave rise to Rincón Patagónico, the famous barbecue redoubt of km 6 of the route to Llao Llao, which years later would become a very ambitious undertaking, built with all our love and effort for that wonderful beginning of the 60s to continue in this corner of southern Argentina.
